One thing we’ve realized is that High-Pressure Coils are a huge part of repair costs for operators in many different markets such as Automotive, Food, Rubber, Hot Tubs, ATVs, Boat Manufacturing, plus many more.

Why?

Most High-Pressure Coils require between 20 to 40 feet of high-pressure tubing. One tiny line break renders it all useless and can cost hundreds of dollars.

Worse, high-pressure tubing has become increasingly difficult to for end users to purchase. Demand over the last few years has far outstripped supply.

That’s why we’ve worked with our partners to develop a curved coupling that allows users to repair their line and continue to operate using the coil that would normally have to thrown away. The coupling is curved to a unique radius to mimic the curve of the coil and guarantee a perfect union while maintaining the flexibility that you need.

The average cost for a 40-foot coil is roughly $750.00. By removing the broken area, straightening the tubing, coning and threading it,  and installing the coil coupling you can get twice the life or more from your coil. The 1/4’’ coupling is durable and can easily be reused on your next coil for repeated repairs on future coils. Just using it once equates to roughly 65% Return on investment.
