In-stock parts ordered via phone, email, fax, or IRWaterjet.com Monday through Friday (except during holidays) are shipped the same day when the order is received by 3:00 p.m. Central Time, 11:00 a.m. Central Time (for International orders). Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
For non-stock parts, a Customer Service Representative will notify you of the delivery date.

- UPS Express Critical (Same Day)
- UPS Next Day Air Early (Next Business day as early as 8:00AM)
- UPS Next Day Air (Next Business day typically by 10:30AM)
- UPS Next Day Air Saver (Next Business day typically by 3:00PM)
- UPS 2nd Day Air A.M. (2 Business Days typically by 10:30AM)
- UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Business Days typically by end of day)
- UPS 3 Day Select (3 Business Days typically by end of day)
- UPS Ground (1-5 Business Days based on location)

In some instances, emergency shipments may be able to be completed for orders received after 3pm. Remember – if the order is greater than $49, IRWaterjet pays the shipping for standard ground to the continental USA*. Tubing and larger items requiring LTL shipment are exempt from free freight offer
